Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Blink Nourish is an over-the-counter (OTC), preservative-free lubricating eye drop developed by Bausch + Lomb for the treatment of dry and irritated eyes. The formulation features glycerin (0.75%) as the primary active ingredient to provide ocular lubrication and moisture. It is marketed as the first vitamin-enriched preservative-free eye drop, containing a unique blend of inactive ingredients including Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), magnesium, and amino acids. The solution also incorporates hyaluronan (hyaluronic acid) and trehalose to enhance tear film stability and protect the ocular surface from environmental stressors and digital eye strain. Launched in the United States in 2025, Blink Nourish is designed to replenish and rebalance the tear film for long-lasting relief.
