Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Blink Triple Care** is a Bausch & Lomb over-the-counter ophthalmic lubricating eye-drop formulation for temporary relief of burning, irritation, and discomfort associated with ocular dryness. Its sole labeled active ingredient is **polyethylene glycol 400 0.25%**, a hydrophilic polymer lubricant that improves ocular-surface lubrication and hydration. The formulation also contains sodium hyaluronate and lipid-associated inactive ingredients including castor oil and polyoxyl 40 hydrogenated castor oil, intended to support tear-film hydration and reduce moisture evaporation. It is marketed for moderate-to-severe dry-eye symptoms and is administered as ophthalmic drops.
