Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BLK-IN-2 (also known as compound 25) is a potent, selective, and irreversible small molecule inhibitor of B-lymphoid tyrosine kinase (BLK) with an IC50 of 5.9 nM. It also inhibits Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) with an IC50 of 202.0 nM. Developed by researchers at Peking University, BLK-IN-2 exhibits potent antiproliferative activities against several B-cell lymphoma cell lines and has demonstrated high sensitivity in BLK-high leukemic cells, particularly in the TCF3-PBX1 translocated subtype of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL).
