Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Bln19 is an investigational monoclonal antibody developed by L & L Biopharma that targets the CD276 antigen, also known as B7-H3. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development, specifically aimed at treating solid tumors that have developed resistance to anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor therapies. B7-H3 is a member of the B7 family of immune checkpoint molecules that is frequently overexpressed in various cancers and is associated with tumor progression and immune evasion. By selectively targeting B7-H3, Bln19 is designed to overcome resistance mechanisms and enhance the anti-tumor immune response, potentially serving as a next-generation immunotherapy for patients who have failed standard checkpoint blockade.
