Blomia tropicalis allergen extract is a biological product derived from the house dust mite *Blomia tropicalis*, which is a primary source of allergens in tropical and subtropical regions. This extract is used for both allergy diagnosis and as a therapeutic agent in allergen immunotherapy (AIT). [5, 14, 18] For diagnosis, it is applied via skin prick tests to identify sensitization in individuals suffering from allergic asthma and rhinitis. [5, 11] As a therapy, the extract is administered, typically via subcutaneous injection, in gradually increasing doses to induce immunological tolerance and reduce the allergic response to the mite. [11] Clinical studies have demonstrated that AIT with *Blomia tropicalis* extract is safe and effective in diminishing symptoms and medication dependency in patients with allergic asthma. [3, 11]
