Blood-activating and stasis-dissolving decoction (Huoxue Huayu Decoction) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed and extensively studied by researchers at the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine for the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). The decoction is a multi-herbal combination typically containing ingredients such as *Salvia miltiorrhiza* (Danshen), *Paeoniae Radix Rubra* (Chishao), *Chuanxiong Rhizoma* (Chuanxiong), *Carthamus tinctorius* (Honghua), and *Prunus persica* (Taoren).
