Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BLS-H03 is a vaccine adjuvant candidate being developed by MOA Life Plus (formerly BioLeaders) based on the company's proprietary HumaMAX platform. The HumaMAX platform utilizes high-molecular-weight poly-gamma-glutamic acid (γ-PGA), a biodegradable and non-toxic polymer produced by *Bacillus subtilis*. BLS-H03 is designed to function as an immunostimulant that enhances the efficacy of vaccines by promoting the maturation of dendritic cells and inducing the production of Th1-type cytokines, primarily through the activation of Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4). It is currently in the preclinical research and efficacy testing phase, aimed at improving the immune response to various vaccine antigens.
