Overview
BM-013 is a preclinical-stage small molecule inhibitor of the Growth Hormone Receptor (GHR) being developed by BIMINI Biotech for the treatment of leukemia. The drug is part of a platform of first-in-class therapeutics designed to disrupt GHR signaling, a pathway that contributes to the proliferation and survival of various cancers. While BIMINI's lead candidate, BM-011, is focused on solid tumors like melanoma and breast cancer, BM-013 is specifically being developed for hematological malignancies.
