Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BM230 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Biomissile Pharmaceuticals, targeting the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2). It is designed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors that exhibit HER2 expression or mutations. The molecule consists of a HER2-specific monoclonal antibody conjugated to a cytotoxic payload. Upon binding to HER2 on the cancer cell surface, the ADC is internalized, and the payload is released to induce cell death. BM230 is currently being evaluated in a first-in-human Phase I clinical trial to determine its safety, tolerability, and preliminary anti-tumor activity in patients with HER2-related malignancies.
