Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BMS-986207 + nivolumab is a combination of two investigational and approved monoclonal antibodies being studied for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. BMS-986207 is an anti-TIGIT antibody that targets TIGIT, an inhibitory receptor on T cells and natural killer (NK) cells, aiming to enhance immune activation against tumors. Nivolumab is a programmed death-1 (PD-1) immune checkpoint inhibitor approved for several cancers, blocking the PD-1 pathway to restore T-cell function. This combination is being developed and investigated by Bristol-Myers Squibb as an immunotherapy regimen to enhance anti-tumor immune responses in patients with advanced solid or metastatic tumors[1][4][7].
