Overview

BMS-986207 + nivolumab + ipilimumab is a combination of three monoclonal antibodies developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and stage IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). BMS-986207 is a novel anti-TIGIT (T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains) monoclonal antibody, nivolumab is an anti–PD-1 (programmed death-1) immune checkpoint inhibitor, and ipilimumab is an anti–CTLA-4 (cytotoxic T-lymphocyte–associated antigen 4) antibody. Together, these drugs enhance anti-tumor immune responses through complementary inhibition of immune checkpoints, which regulate T-cell activation and longevity. Clinical trials have studied this combination as a first-line therapy in NSCLC and in advanced solid tumors[1][2][3][5][6][7][8][9][10].
