This combination therapy consists of three agents: - **BMS-986288**, a probody therapeutic and modified version of ipilimumab (Yervoy), is an investigational anti-CTLA-4 antibody designed to be activated in the tumor microenvironment, minimizing systemic toxicity by masking its activity until proteolytically activated near tumors. - **Nivolumab** (Opdivo) is a fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody that targets the programmed death-1 (PD-1) receptor, blocking its interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2, thereby enhancing T-cell mediated immune responses against cancer. - **Regorafenib** (Stivarga) is an orally administered multikinase inhibitor, inhibiting various kinases involved in tumor angiogenesis, oncogenesis, and maintenance of the tumor microenvironment, such as VEGFR, PDGFR, FGFR, KIT, RET, and RAF.
