Overview

BMS-986301 + nivolumab + ipilimumab is an investigational combination drug regimen composed of BMS-986301 (a next-generation cyclic dinucleotide analog and stimulator of interferon genes (STING) agonist), nivolumab (a PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor), and ipilimumab (a CTLA-4 immune checkpoint inhibitor). BMS-986301 is designed to activate the STING pathway, enhancing innate and adaptive immune responses against tumors. When combined with nivolumab and ipilimumab, it aims to potentiate T cell-mediated antitumor immunity, potentially overcoming resistance to prior checkpoint therapy. The combination is in Phase I clinical development for advanced solid tumors and other malignancies. Bristol Myers Squibb is the originator and developer of this investigational regimen[2][3][6][9].
