Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BMS-986315 + cetuximab is a combination therapy consisting of BMS-986315 (an anti-NKG2A monoclonal antibody) and cetuximab (an EGFR inhibitor). BMS-986315 is a fully human IgG1.3 monoclonal antibody that binds to human natural killer group 2 member A (NKG2A), blocking the interaction of natural killer cells with this receptor. This may allow the body to mount a more robust anti-cancer immune response. Cetuximab works by blocking the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), which helps slow cancer growth. This combination was investigated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
