Overview

**BNL-101** is Bionaut Labs' preclinical drug-device combination for local treatment of malignant gliomas, including diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma. It combines the anthracycline cytotoxic drug doxorubicin with a remotely controlled, magnetically propelled Bionaut microscale robot intended to deliver the payload directly to difficult-to-reach CNS tumor sites and reduce systemic exposure. The FDA granted orphan drug designation for BNL-101 for malignant gliomas in pediatric and adult patients.
