Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Bno8 is an investigational oncolytic virus therapy being developed by L & L Biopharma (also known as Lingnuo Pharmaceutical) for the treatment of cancers that have developed resistance to anti-PD-1/PD-L1 immune checkpoint inhibitors. As an oncolytic virus, Bno8 is engineered to selectively infect, replicate within, and lyse malignant cells, thereby releasing tumor-associated antigens and promoting a pro-inflammatory tumor microenvironment. This mechanism is intended to stimulate a systemic anti-tumor immune response and potentially re-sensitize "cold" or resistant tumors to checkpoint inhibition. Bno8 is currently an early-stage asset within the company's immuno-oncology pipeline.
