BNT314 + BNT327 is an investigational combination therapy for solid tumors, including metastatic colorectal cancer and lung cancers. BNT314 is a novel immune-activating agent designed to enhance the body’s immune response against cancer, while BNT327 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody targeting both PD-L1 and VEGF-A, combining checkpoint inhibition with anti-angiogenic activity. Together with chemotherapy, this combination aims to synergistically boost antitumor responses by simultaneously modulating the tumor microenvironment and immune system. Both agents are developed by BioNTech, with BNT327 also partnered for development and commercialization globally with Bristol Myers Squibb. Early-stage clinical trials have reported encouraging efficacy, good disease control, and a manageable safety profile in colorectal cancer (Phase 1/2) and extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (Phase 2)[1][3][5][7].
