Overview

BNT326 + BNT327 is an investigational combination therapy being evaluated in oncology trials for advanced malignant tumors. Both agents are proprietary drug candidates developed by BioNTech. BNT326 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting HER3 (ERBB3), and BNT327 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody simultaneously targeting PD-L1 (programmed death-ligand 1) and VEGF-A (vascular endothelial growth factor A). The combination aims to provide synergistic anti-tumor effects by coupling direct cytotoxicity to HER3-expressing tumors (BNT326) with dual immune checkpoint inhibition and anti-angiogenic activity (BNT327). Early-phase studies are evaluating this regimen in solid tumor indications, with expansion plans announced for advanced lung and breast cancers[3][5][9].
