BO-001 is a non-invasive, self-administered ophthalmic insert being developed by Biophtha for the treatment of glaucoma. It utilizes a proprietary thiomer biopolymer hydrogel platform designed to provide sustained, controlled release of an undisclosed active pharmaceutical ingredient over approximately seven days.
