BonoFill-II is an autologous cell therapy product designed for bone tissue regeneration and reconstruction. It consists of highly viable adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AT-MSCs) harvested from the patient, cultured on mineralized particles in a 3D bioreactor, and mildly induced toward osteogenic lineage. The resulting cell-coated mineral particles are suspended in a semi-solid matrix to allow for injectable delivery into bone defects. This approach enables rapid integration and immunological acceptance due to the autologous nature of the cells. BonoFill-II is intended for use in treating critical-sized bone defects, maxillofacial deficiencies, fractures, osseous defects from trauma or infection, tumor-related bone loss, and reconstructive surgeries. Clinical studies have demonstrated its ability to achieve extensive new bone growth and complete closure of large segmental gaps within weeks without inflammation or graft rejection[2][5][8]. Developed by Bonus Biogroup, it offers a lab-produced alternative to traditional autologous bone grafting—eliminating the need for harvesting donor tissue while reducing surgical complexity and recovery time[5][6].
