Borayflo

Borayflo is an absorbable hemostatic fluid gelatin developed by Jiangxi Boen Ruier Biotechnology for intraoperative auxiliary hemostasis. It is designed to control bleeding during surgical procedures when conventional methods, such as pressure or ligatures, are ineffective or impractical. The product consists of a gelatin matrix that, when applied to a bleeding site, provides a physical scaffold that promotes platelet aggregation and facilitates the formation of a stable fibrin clot. As a flowable hemostat, it is particularly useful for reaching irregular or difficult-to-access surgical areas. It is intended to be fully absorbed by the body within several weeks of application.
