Bovine whey immunoglobulin-rich fraction is a biologic nutraceutical derived from cow's milk whey, enriched with immunoglobulins (primarily IgG). It is designed for oral administration to modulate the immune system via the gut-skin axis. In a pilot clinical study conducted by Griffith University, this fraction was evaluated in combination with Glycomax lactoferrin for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. The study, published in the *Journal of Dermatological Science* in 2017, reported significant improvements in SCORAD and DLQI scores, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic supplement for managing inflammatory skin conditions by influencing intestinal immunity and systemic inflammation.
