BOW030

BOW030 is a proposed biosimilar monoclonal antibody to bevacizumab (reference product Avastin), developed by Epirus Biopharmaceuticals as part of its pipeline of biosimilar monoclonal antibodies targeting major oncology markets. As a bevacizumab biosimilar candidate, BOW030 is expected to function as a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that binds vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), thereby inhibiting ligand interaction with VEGF receptors on endothelial cells, suppressing angiogenesis and reducing tumor blood supply in solid malignancies.
