Overview

**BOW100** is a biosimilar to golimumab, a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα). Developed by EPIRUS Biopharmaceuticals, it is designed for the treatment of inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, with a mechanism of action identical to the reference product, neutralizing TNFα to reduce inflammation and joint damage. It remains in the preliminary stage of development, with limited clinical data available.
