Overview

BP1202 is a live biotherapeutic product developed by Aduro Biotech. It is designed to activate innate immunity within tumors. Aduro Biotech initiated an immuno-oncology collaboration with Novartis in October 2017 to utilize BP1202 in the development of bispecific antibodies. This partnership aims to combine Aduro's technology for activating innate immunity in tumors with Novartis' antibody expertise to treat cancers resistant to existing immunotherapies.
