Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BPC-157 + TB-500 (commonly referred to as the "Wolverine stack" or "Wolverine blend") is a combination of two synthetic tissue-repair peptides: Body Protection Compound-157 (BPC-157) and TB-500 (a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4). BPC-157 is a pentadecapeptide derived from a protective protein found in human gastric juice, which is studied for its localized ability to promote angiogenesis, increase nitric oxide signaling, and accelerate the healing of tendons, ligaments, and gastrointestinal tissues. TB-500 is an acetylated seven-amino-acid fragment of thymosin beta-4 that acts systemically to regulate actin polymerization, thereby enhancing cell migration and tissue remodeling body-wide. The combination is widely sold online as a research-use-only (RUO) or compounded peptide blend for soft-tissue, tendon, and joint injury recovery, though it is not FDA-approved and lacks robust clinical trial data in humans.
