Discovered using the company's AI-driven Interrogative Biology platform, these molecules are designed to modulate protein turnover by interacting with UPS components, such as E3 ubiquitin ligases or the proteasome complex. The goal is to disrupt the degradation of tumor suppressors or promote the degradation of oncogenic proteins to inhibit cancer cell proliferation. The program is currently in the preclinical hit-to-lead stage, representing an early-stage discovery effort distinct from the company's more advanced targeted protein degradation (TPD) candidates.
