Overview

BPI-2361 is a self-developed, highly effective small molecule inhibitor targeting the KRAS G12C mutation. The KRAS gene is one of the most frequently mutated oncogenes in human cancers, implicated in approximately 20–30% of all cases. The G12C mutation is particularly prevalent in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), as well as colorectal and appendix cancers. BPI-2361 has demonstrated potent inhibition activity against KRASG12C, with efficacy comparable to leading compounds such as AMG 510 (sotorasib). It is being developed primarily for solid tumors driven by this specific genetic alteration[1][2][4].
