Overview

BPI-2491 is a small molecule inhibitor targeting the KRAS G12D mutation, currently in preclinical development by Beta Pharma for the treatment of solid tumors. KRAS is a frequently mutated oncogene in human cancers, with the G12D mutation being particularly prevalent in pancreatic, colorectal, and non-small cell lung cancers. By selectively binding to and inhibiting the KRAS G12D mutant protein, BPI-2491 blocks downstream oncogenic signaling pathways, thereby suppressing tumor cell proliferation and survival.
