Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BPM-RSV-001 is a neutralizing monoclonal antibody developed by Baiya Phytopharm for the prevention and treatment of Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) infection. The antibody targets the RSV Fusion (F) protein, which is essential for the virus to fuse with and enter host cells. By binding to this protein, BPM-RSV-001 neutralizes the virus and prevents the progression of infection. As of 2024, the candidate is in preclinical development and is produced using Baiya Phytopharm's proprietary plant-based expression platform.
