**BPN14770 + donepezil** is an investigational combination regimen in which BPN14770, a first-in-class, selective small molecule inhibitor and negative allosteric modulator of phosphodiesterase-4D (PDE4D), is administered alongside donepezil, a widely used acetylcholinesterase inhibitor for Alzheimer’s disease.
