Overview

BPOSI is a recombinant fusion protein developed by InnoBM Pharmaceuticals using its proprietary B-OSI (Bypass Ocular Systemic Inflammation) platform. The drug is designed to simultaneously target and neutralize two major pro-inflammatory cytokines: tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin-17A (IL-17A). This dual-action mechanism is intended to provide superior therapeutic outcomes in patients with chronic inflammatory diseases who do not respond adequately to single-cytokine inhibitors. BPOSI is currently in clinical development for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease, as well as ocular inflammatory conditions such as uveitis.
