BPT958 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Bright Peak Therapeutics. It is a bifunctional immunotherapy designed to simultaneously modulate the interleukin-2 (IL-2) and programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) pathways. The drug acts as both an IL-2 stimulant and a PD-1 inhibitor, aiming to enhance anti-tumor immune responses beyond what can be achieved with PD-1 blockade alone.
