Overview

BR-2302 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Bliss Biopharmaceutical (BlissBio). It is designed to simultaneously target the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) and the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 3 (HER3), two members of the ErbB family frequently co-expressed in various solid tumors. The ADC utilizes a bispecific antibody backbone conjugated to an Exd-containing payload, which is a proprietary exatecan derivative that acts as a topoisomerase I inhibitor. By targeting both EGFR and HER3, BR-2302 aims to enhance tumor-specific delivery of the cytotoxic payload and overcome resistance mechanisms associated with monospecific therapies. The program is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
