Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BR108 is an ADCC-enhanced monoclonal antibody that targets CD70, a cell surface antigen. It is designed to inhibit CD70 and mediate antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), leading to the effective killing of various types of CD70-expressing cells. The drug has demonstrated superior binding affinity to CD70 in preclinical studies. BR108 was initially developed by Hisun Bio Pharmaceutical and is being investigated for the treatment of hematologic malignancies, with its highest development phase being Phase 1 clinical trials in China[1][2][3].
