Overview

BR113 is an investigational **dual-payload antibody-drug conjugate** developed by BioRay for advanced solid tumors. It uses an anti-human trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 antibody to deliver both a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload for tumor-cell killing and an immunostimulatory payload intended to enhance innate and systemic antitumor immune activity. BR113 has entered a multicenter, open-label, first-in-human Phase I monotherapy study in patients with advanced solid tumors.
