BR3006A + BR3006B + BR3006C is a fixed-dose combination of three small molecule antidiabetic agents: dapagliflozin 10 mg (a sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitor), pioglitazone 30 mg (a thiazolidinedione), and metformin hydrochloride 1000 mg (a biguanide). Developed by Boryung Pharmaceutical, this combination is being studied for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Its mechanism of action involves complementary glycemic control through SGLT2 inhibition (promoting urinary glucose excretion), PPARγ activation (improving insulin sensitivity), and decreased hepatic glucose production/increased peripheral uptake.
