BR790 + anlotinib

BR790 + anlotinib is a combination therapy under clinical investigation for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, particularly advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). BR790 is a novel small molecule antineoplastic agent with an as-yet undefined mechanism of action. Anlotinib is an oral small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets multiple receptors involved in tumor angiogenesis and growth, including vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) 2/3, platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR) α/β, and fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) 1–4.
