Overview

Braegen-06 is a second-generation alpha-synuclein positron emission tomography (PET) radiotracer under development by Shanghai Braegen Pharmaceuticals and Shenzhen Braegen Pharmaceuticals. It is designed as a diagnostic imaging agent to visualize disease-associated alpha-synuclein pathology in the brain, with a primary focus on diagnosing and monitoring Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) and other synucleinopathies. The candidate is currently in preclinical development.
