Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BRD-03 is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy targeting B7-H3 (CD276), a transmembrane protein overexpressed in various solid tumors, including pediatric and adult sarcomas. Developed by Wuhan Boruida Biotechnology, BRD-03 is designed to recognize and eliminate tumor cells expressing B7-H3, which is associated with tumor progression and poor prognosis. The therapy is primarily being investigated for the treatment of recurrent or refractory bone and soft tissue sarcomas, such as osteosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, and rhabdomyosarcoma.
