BreakVax

**BreakVax** is an investigational, individualized multi-peptide cancer vaccine developed by BreakBio. For each patient, tumor DNA/RNA profiling, mass-spectrometry-based immunopeptidomics, and AI/ML prioritization are used to select up to 30 patient-specific tumor antigens, including neoantigens and other tumor-associated antigens, for manufacture as a personalized peptide immunotherapy. The vaccine is intended to prime and expand antigen-specific antitumor T-cell responses and is being evaluated with vaccine adjuvants and separately administered anticancer therapies, including chemotherapy and PD-1 blockade, for advanced solid tumors.
