Bremzalerbart + atisnolerbart is a combination of two investigational fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibodies targeting the major birch pollen allergen **Bet v 1**. Developed for immune-mediated/inflammatory disorders, specifically for allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis, these antibodies (REGN5713 and REGN5714, respectively) are designed to bind and neutralize Bet v 1, aiming to reduce allergic symptoms arising from birch pollen exposure. The combination has reached Phase 3 clinical trials, with evidence of use in studies assessing efficacy in seasonal allergic rhinitis and ocular allergy. Both antibodies are derived from human sources, carry kappa light chains, and operate via inhibition of Bet v 1 activity[1][2][3].
