Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Bria-TILsRx is a proprietary antibody-based immunotherapy platform developed to treat cancer by redirecting and activating tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) within the tumor microenvironment[1][3][5]. The platform integrates high-affinity anti-B7-H3 antibodies, which are designed to both engage T cells for tumor cell killing and selectively block immune checkpoint activity to enhance anti-tumor responses[1][3][5]. B7-H3 is highly expressed on multiple solid tumor types, including prostate, lung, breast, pancreatic, and ovarian cancers, and on immune cells, making it a promising target for cancer immunotherapy[1][3][5]. The concept is to enable powerful and selective anti-tumor activity by driving T-cell activation at the tumor site, with reduced risk of off-target toxicity due to the tumor-selective expression of B7-H3[1][3][5]. Bria-TILsRx is being advanced by BriaPro, a subsidiary of BriaCell Therapeutics, and incorporates both the T cell engager and immune checkpoint blockade modalities for enhanced efficacy against diverse solid tumors[1][3][5].
