Overview

**Bristrio** is an ophthalmic solution containing **travoprost 0.04 mg/mL**, a prostaglandin analog used as an antiglaucoma agent to reduce intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. It works by increasing the outflow of aqueous humor through activation of prostaglandin FP receptors on ciliary muscle cells, enhancing uveoscleral outflow.
