GLS-012 (brivestobart) is a monoclonal antibody that targets the co-inhibitory receptor lymphocyte-activation gene 3 protein (LAG-3; LAG3; CD223), functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor. By blocking LAG-3, GLS-012 aims to enhance T-cell activation and restore antitumor immune responses, making it a potential therapy for various malignancies. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer and melanoma. The drug is administered intravenously and has shown acceptable toxicity with preliminary antitumor activity in early-phase clinical trials. GLS-012 is under development by Guangzhou Gloria Biosciences[1][2][3][4][7].
