BRKB-28

BRKB-28 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by BrickBio for the treatment of cancer, specifically breast cancer and gastric (stomach) cancer. The drug consists of an antibody targeting a specific cancer protein, linked to a cytotoxic payload via a proprietary linker. Upon binding to its target on the surface of cancer cells, BRKB-28 releases its toxic compound inside the cell, leading to selective tumor cell death while sparing healthy cells. Preclinical studies have shown that BRKB-28 effectively eradicates breast and gastric cancer cells with improved selectivity compared to other biologics in these indications.
