Overview

BRKB-400 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) under development by BrickBio for the treatment of neoplasms, specifically solid tumors. As an ADC, it consists of a monoclonal antibody linked to a cytotoxic agent designed to selectively target and kill cancer cells while sparing normal tissue.
