BRL03 TCR-T cells is an autologous T-cell receptor engineered T-cell (TCR-T) therapy developed by Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center. The therapy consists of patient-derived T cells genetically modified to express a specific T-cell receptor targeting Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) antigens. It is intended for the treatment of EBV-associated malignancies, including nasopharyngeal carcinoma, lung lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma, and gastric adenocarcinoma. BRL03 is currently undergoing Phase I clinical evaluation to assess its safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary anti-tumor activity in patients with advanced EBV-positive solid tumors who have progressed on standard treatments.
