Overview

A combination pharmaceutical product developed and manufactured by Chemidrug Industries in Nepal for the management of productive cough and respiratory congestion. The formulation combines three active ingredients: bromhexine hydrochloride, a mucolytic that thins and loosens phlegm; ammonium chloride, an expectorant that increases the volume of respiratory tract secretions to facilitate clearance; and pheniramine maleate, an antihistamine that reduces allergic responses and congestion. It is primarily used to improve mucus clearance and provide symptomatic relief in patients with respiratory tract infections or conditions characterized by excessive mucus production. The product is manufactured in a WHO GMP-certified facility in Thankot, Nepal.
