Overview

Brontictuzumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the Notch1 receptor. By binding to Notch1 on the cell surface, it inhibits Notch-mediated signaling, which can suppress tumor cell proliferation and disrupt cancer stem cell pathways. Brontictuzumab was developed for the treatment of various cancers, including adenoid cystic carcinoma and other solid tumors with evidence of Notch pathway activation. The drug was originally developed by OncoMed Pharmaceuticals and later by Mereo BioPharma following acquisition[1][3][5][7].
